SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When will you ship my order?

Your order will be processed within 48 hours after verification of your payment during business days.

When will I receive my order?

To offer you the best prices, we work with suppliers all over the world, small businesses for the most part, therefore delivery times are between 5 and 15 business days depending on peak periods.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive and email containing a tracking number and a link to the web site to track your purchase.

You can also contact us via Messenger, and get automated tracking information sent to you, when your order is shipped.

Can I benefit from free shipping?

We offer free shipping to most countries of Europe, North America, Australia, New Zealand. But if you find your country is not eligible to our "free shipping" offer, please contact us before confirming the order, and we'll check if we can include it.

I have made a error, can I cancel my order?

Yes, but contact us very quickly, via Messenger or by replying to the order confirmation email (we prefer Messenger). Once your order has been processed, it will be very hard for us to modify or cancel your order.

 

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

 

I don't want/like my purchase, can I get a refund?

Yes! For any reason, you can get a refund of your purchase, during 30 days after you have received it. The items must be in perfect condition, please refer to our Returns Policy below for all details.
