Returns / Right of Withdrawal Policy

For EU / EEA Customers

You benefit from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law (Consumer Rights Directive).

Our Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy (applies to all customers)

In addition to any legal rights, we offer a 30-day return window for regular-priced items to all customers worldwide. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Sale/free items are excluded.
This voluntary policy does not extend or replace your statutory rights if you are an EU/EEA customer.

For Customers Outside the EU / EEA


We do not offer a statutory right of withdrawal. Returns are accepted solely under our voluntary 30-day policy above. All other conditions (return costs, condition of items, partial refunds, etc.) apply as stated.

EU / EEA Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). As required by Directive (EU) 2023/2673, we provide a clearly visible and easily accessible electronic withdrawal function (withdrawal button/form) directly on our website, available throughout the withdrawal period. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Returning the Goods

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Condition of Returned Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for such diminished value.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (Article 16 of the Consumer Rights Directive)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised
  • Digital content (if performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal).
  • Other exemptions as provided by law.

Our Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer a 30-day return window for regular-priced items. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. This voluntary policy does not extend or affect the statutory rights above and does not apply to sale/free items or excluded categories.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have elapsed since the receipt of your purchase, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or exchange.

Proof of Purchase

Please provide your order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase to facilitate the return process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you by e-mail of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few days (typically 2–7 business days, depending on your bank).

Partial Refunds

We may issue a partial refund (or no refund) if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged beyond normal inspection, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Non-Refundable Items

Sale items, free/promotional items, and items falling under the legal exceptions listed above are generally non-refundable, except where required by law (e.g., defective products).

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Contact us via the withdrawal function or “Contact” page for defective items. For other exchanges, please use the standard return process and place a new order.

Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift and marked as such, we will issue a gift credit or certificate. If not identified as a gift at purchase, we will refund the original purchaser.

Shipping & Responsibility

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we agree otherwise or the item is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items valued over €30 and considering insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns. Our address for returns will be provided by customer support upon request. We are based in Europe.

Late or Missing Refunds

Check your bank/credit card account first. Contact your card issuer or bank if needed, as processing can take time. If you still have not received the refund after these steps, contact us.

Defective or Non-Conforming Goods

This policy is without prejudice to your legal rights under EU law regarding defective products (conformity guarantee up to 2 years). Defective items may qualify for repair, replacement, or full refund beyond the withdrawal period.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged
  • or that has some missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original payment method within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds


If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Then contact the credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially processed. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same article, send us an e-mail via the link "Contact" at the bottom of the page, and send us your article to the address that will be indicated.

Gifts

If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and it was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item has not been identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to first receive the item for you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver. and he will know that you have returned the article.

Expedition

To return a product, you must send it by mail to the address given by our customer support, we are based in Europe. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your item, unless another agreement was made. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you ship an item worth more than €30.00, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or take out a delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
