Returns
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have elapsed since the receipt of your purchase, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged
- or that has some missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Then contact the credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially processed.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Free Articles
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, the free/sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same article, send us an e-mail via the link "Contact" at the bottom of the page, and send us your article to the address that will be indicated.
Gifts
If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and it was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item has not been identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to first receive the item for you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver. and he will know that you have returned the article.
Expedition
To return a product, you must send it by mail to the address given by our customer support, we are based in Europe.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you ship an item worth more than €30.00, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or take out a delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
